19w4d with first still haven't felt much movement. I get occasional pressure in my stomach but that's it.

Every now and then I think maybe I feel a little something but not sure. It almost feels like a little rumble that could just be gas or my stomach growling lol  I hear this is very common with your first to not feel movement until later. I’m 19w4d.

Where is your placenta located. That makes a huge difference too. If it is in the front, it will take longer.
