Rice Cereal vs Oatmeal cereal and what brand?

My head is spinning from reading articles. Lol Everyone says different things. Idk which to give our baby first and what brands are healthiest for her. Please help!!

Rice cereal isn’t recommended due to higher arsenic levels. I’d recommend starting with a baby oatmeal cereal. :)

Oat cereal, plain. Go to the grocery store, look in the baby aisle and get one that doesn’t have added sugar or salt. You can usually pick between one that says to add water and one that says add breastmilk/formula.
It doesn’t matter if it’s organic, both are equally safe and healthy. 
If you limit yourself to brands available where you normally shop it will be less overwhelming

I did baby oatmeal. Rice in general scared me bc of the arsenic. I used beechnut brand. I feel like Gerber adds to much unneeded ingredients to their baby food.

I use gerber baby oatmeal.

I got the gerber oatmeal.  My son hated it. I finally realized if I mixed half a container of fruit baby food with it he would eat it.

I use Gurber for both. All three of mine have done well with it.

I did rice once and made him constipated so I did oatmeal and he liked it much better. We used beechnuts cause he didn’t like the gerber food. My LO is 3 months and we will do the same brand
