I have Nexplonan arm implant. I have not had a cycle in almost a year. A couple days ago I started noticing I had a discharge that reminded me of when I use to ovulate, then I threw up once yesterday thinking it was my birth control trying to keep my body from doing so. And today I have been having what seems like period cramps and still having light discharge. Could I have ovulated? And it’s just my birth control doing what it suppose to do? Should I expect my first cycle in the next couple weeks for the first time in a year?
