Anyone have a little one that suffers from GERD/severe reflux? By son is almost 6 months old and was diagnosed with severe reflux when he was hospitalized at 1.5 months. He spits up ALL the time and large amounts and has struggled with weight gain since he was born. My question is has anyone found anything that reduces the spitting up? He has never acted like it hurts him to spit up and is a super happy baby, but guys I feel like I am drowning in the spit up! 😩 putting him in his car seat, stroller, bouncy seat, moving him in any way makes him spit up large volumes. I seriously feel like it is starting to interfere with milestones like rolling over and sitting up because the ONLY time he does not puke (for the most part) is when he is laying flat on his back. We were told he would grow out of it and most do by 6 months, but I don’t see an end to it. It has only gotten worse. We tried reflux medicines but IMO they made the spitting up worse so we quit it. I’m just really curious to see if anyone has any tried and true tips for dealing with/reducing the spitting up. I’m about to lose my mind!
