ADVICE FOR MY MEDS!!!

Hey y’all so I have adhd and along with that, I’m slightly bipolar so I recently just got out onto 2 meds. 2Mg of Aripipraxole (for my concentration and main side effect is weight gain) and 10 Mg of Fluoxetine (mood stabilizer and main side effect is loss of appetite) considering that I already lost weight and am currently on a weight loss journey still, I’m afraid to take aripipraxole because many people that have taken it say that it causes extreme weight gain VERY fast and I simply can’t tolerate it. But since I just started, my doctors want me to be on these for a while and i can’t just contact them right away and ask for a change. Do u think that my side effects on my 10 Mg Fluoxetine will overpass aripipraxole side effects since I’m only taking 2 Mg? I’d rather have loss of appetite so I can watch my eating without being overwhelmed with wanting to eat 24/7. I really need the help and would appreciate the advice. Gaining weight will simply make me feel more insecure since I’m planning on hitting my goal weight in only 3 months.......... Thanks guys❤️ I’d rather know before hand by anybody whose had experience or is knowledgeable in this field before it’s too late!
