BIRTHCONTROL HELP

I’m 18 and I need to get on birth control. I’m know I’m old enough to go get it myself but it would show up under my mom insurance. I just don’t know how to go about it and tell her I want to be on birth control. I feel like she’s going to think I’m sneaky and I’m never going to be able to leave out the house until im otw to college .
