Divorce and apartment rental

Not sure where to put this but..

I’ve definitely decided to divorce my husband, we’re renting an apartment and tonight I was so mad I left the apt but I wanted to kick him out so bad. I regret not doing that. We have a baby son. What should I do? How can I get him to move out? Any advice is appreciated. My whole world is basically upside down right now.

I don’t make nearly enough to pay rent by myself but I’d like to keep the place for me and my baby.
