3 days pp vs 3 months

I usually have better muscle tone than this. I got sick, a stomach virus, and I threw up every half hour for 36 hours, had a fever for 7 days, and lost the last 10 baby lbs. Here’s to bulking back up.

I was within 9lbs of pre-pregnancy weight at 2 months pp. I lost 11lbs more when I got sick.

I use the app aaptiv and followed the postpartum routines there. I also use asana rebel for yoga and practiced yoga. I went back to walking 3 days pp (I didn’t have stitches or any tearing). I cut out all dairy (my babies are always sensitive to it). And follow a blend of a vegan/vegetarian diet.
