Baby movements?

Currently 26 weeks and the last time I felt my baby move was about 4-5 hours ago and it was just ONE KICK. She’s usually up for a while, rather than just one kick. I usually feel her move around much more often. But I waited and nothing. Is this normal? How often should my baby be moving?

Drink something cold and lay on your left side. If you don’t feel movement within an hour call the on call triage nurse at your doctors office.
Kick counting doesn’t start til 28 weeks but rather be safe than sorry!

Chocolate and fruit get my baby moving like a ninja and also if I dont feel anything for a whole I shake my belly around and baby moves alot..
But in my 1st pregnancy I can hand on heart say I barely felt my daughter move  and everything was fine there.
Try a few things and if you cant feel baby, go and get checked. It may just be that baba doesn't feel like moving much today

My baby starting to do the same, he was starting to kick me everyday when I was at work or up in the day time. Now he just went back to only really doing it at night, but I feel him moving around like he’s struggling in there 🤔
