should i go into labor and delivery ?

been having really bad contractions. started this morning after bloody show and are now really intense to the point where i cant breathe....

Wait as long as you can mama because ot sucks getting sent home!! 
Once they’ve been less than 5 mins apart lasting at least 1 minute for an hour, go in!

Most places want you to wait until they’re about 5 minutes apart but if you’re in unbearable pain You can always go in. Worst case scenario is they tell you to go home and wait it out

You're close, but most hospitals want you to have 5-1-1 (5 min or less btw contractions of 1+ min for 1+ hrs)

They always told me go in worse case scenario they send you home. Obviously dont go in every day just to check but if youre in pain go. I was in so much pain but not progressing but to the point I couldnt sleep so they gave me therapeutic rest, which was some pain meds and a sleep aid and being able to relax helped me dilate and when i woke up I went from 4 to 5 cm and my amniotic sac was bulging so I got admitted.
