Please someone tell me if this Is normal ? My baby is only 5 days old

My baby is 5 days old. Out of nowhere tonight I pick her up and feel her head when I’m lifting her and there’s a bump or lump on the back of her head. Idk how big maybe the size of a grape, and has a little yellow crusty stuff on it ?! She has not ever been dropped or hit her head in so confused and worried. She has a dr appt in the morning but idk if I should even wait or if I should go to the Er tonight
