Could I be pregnant!!?!?

Alrighty so I haven’t gotten my period this month and I’ve shown all kinds of symptoms of pregnancy such as spotting, headaches, back and stomach pains, etc. and I’ve taken tests but they’ve all came out negative, has this happened to anyone else or is there something wrong with me?? My body has never acted/felt the way it does now. And if it’s not pregnancy, then does anyone know what else it could be??

When was the spotting and any chance it was a light period? I've thought I missed my period before but I'd had light spotting about a week before I was due. Turned out that was probably my period because my next was early too. 
I've also thought I missed my period but turned out I ovulated late so my period was delayed. 
Personally I don't put much stock in early pregnancy symptoms as I've been convinced I've had them before when not pregnant. When I was pregnant I truthfully had no symptoms until much later on. Pregnancy symptoms are generic that they can be from so many different things.
