IRREGULAR PERIOD.. help

Lately I’ve noticed my period is constantly late. I’ve always had a bit of a irregular period ever since I was 14 but this past year my periods come so late. In 2019 I had a period in January ,March, May August October and my last one was

December 17,2019 and lasted about 8 days.

I’ve taken a pregnancy test in January and even a pap smear last month the test came out negative and my Pap smear was normal. With the pattern I noticed hopefully I’ll start sometime next week but I’m getting in my head about why it hasn’t started yet.

I am not on birth control unfortunately I’ve tried different method of BC and the effects are so hard on me I’ve become physically ill from It before. I’m so frustrated and now my heads messing with me about possible outcomes that I’m not planning for.
