Heat pads!?

Hey ladies, just wondering are heat pads safe to use on your back while pregnant? I'm assuming they will be but not certain. Cannot cope with this back pain any longer and no idea what else to try😭😭

Find ones with no medication in them, some contain ibuprofen which isn’t safe in pregnancy. I used the deep heat non medicated patches but I developed a allergic reaction to them. Have you tried a hot water bottle? Hot baths with muscle soak bubble bath helps me a lot

I use one of those heating pad stuffed animal things, my husband got it for me years ago for period pain but it’s great for my hip pain and perfectly safe so a heating pad should be just fine

I just had an appointment last week and brought up some massive discomfort to my doctor, who listed some things to help - including a heating pad! (: feel better!
