Cramps so painful I vomited

My periods have always been pretty irregular, but recently I’ve been getting cramps more and they seem to get worse every time. They re usually just extremely painful and incapacitating, but this time it was so bad I threw up. Keep in mind this was also after taking pain medication and I threw up my second round of medication when this happened.

I know I should see a doctor about it to at least see what is wrong with me bc There is. I way this can be normal, but even then idk what the solution would be since I can’t take birth control and I am not okay with most of the other forms of birth control because they either don’t work with my lifestyle or I have a phobia related problem with it.

What is wrong with me and what can I do?! I’m just scared at this point.
