Second trimester sickness

Has anyone gotten their morning sickness back? Mine went away after the first trimester and it's been smooth sailing for 12 weeks. Now I'm 27 weeks along and I feel just as barfy as I did when I was 8 weeks along! I have an appointment today so I'll ask my doctor, but I sure hope this goes away!!
