With my first I woke up at 3am with my first contraction was able to go back to sleep till about 6am when I began noticing them. Some how I managed to hold off going in to l&d until 5pm I was 6cm when I finally went in.. I'm  currently almost 39 weeks with my 2nd now so we will see with him
