Hello ladies

So my phone exploded in my hand when I was 6 months pregnant but Samsung is saying they cant do anything about it because the phone has a very tiny cracked screen before the exploding happened. I contacted Samsung's they sent me to different repairshops but they kept saying same thing "it's not our responsibility to fix a phone of it has a broken screen." They sent me an email saying my case is closed. It makes me angry that samsung company can be so careless about a case like this Thank god I didn't get hurt or electric shock which could have been dangerous for my baby. So this what exactly happened. I was trying to charge my s9 with the ORGINAL charger and it exploded in my hand. As soon as I plugged that charger in the phone it made a loud noise and I saw electric shock and smoke coming from the chargers place. The phone still looks fine but it wont turn on. At first my carrier was saying they would fix it for free but after they said they cant fix any phone that has physical damage but my point is this is not about a phone not working it's about a phone exploding in my hand while I was pregnant putting my life and my unborn child life in dangerous. Is there any serious action I can take
