Hey - first time mama here!

I visited with my doctor today and found out that my anti anxiety and antidepressant medications are harmful/dangerous to take during my pregnancy, so he advised that I stop taking them. I was taking Klonopin (10mg) and Effexor (200mg).

I’m really nervous about not being able to take these medications, seeing as they are what have been keeping me sane and out of the hospital. I struggle with general anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder and PTSD. Does anyone have an experience with this issue or just any general advice? It’s much appreciated. ♥️
