What can I do to concieve 😭

Been trying 3 years had 2 losses in 2018 haven't concieved since had laparoscopy last month found stage2 endometriosis it was removed. I had high hopes after being cleaned out but here i am 12dpo still negatives tests   did anyone try anything to help concieve

More water, walking, veggies and beef, more relax less stress or worries, avocado daily, broccolis + cauliflower (iron), not much citrus or sour drink, egg yoke, banana, apple after dinner or late night before bed time... I had those experience to share with you, hope you will try and make it sooner. Good luck girl!
I already had 3 kids, still working on the 4th now, cause I’m getting old and we both of us 
...worked more, not much free time together . Well Happy Valentines to you guys!
