My daughter has had a cough, runny nose and ear infection since Wednesday. I took her to the doctor Friday, they prescribed her medication which we started Friday afternoon. It’s Monday and her cough is still the same, if not worse, nose is still running, and she’s still tugging at her ear. She had a fever at 11 this morning of 101.7 (she hasn’t had any fever the whole time until this morning) and now has diarrhea. Should I call tomorrow and make another appointment? Last time she had an ear infection the amoxicillin didn’t even touch it, and it lead to an double ear infection and they had to do an injection to help.
