What’s everyone’s symptoms?

I know it’s early an all but I need reassurance. Has anyone else been having mild, period like cramps on and off the last couple days? It makes me nervous because I had a miscarriage last month. Trying to stay calm, I go back Thursday for more blood work

Constipation, lower backache that comes & goes every couple days, headache, & lightheaded. 😏

I’ve actually felt amazing. Other than extremely sore breasts, overproduction of saliva, and mild cramping and bloating, I’ve felt great!

I cramped A LOT until 7 weeks with my son and we had a textbook pregnancy. He'll be 2 next month! Sometimes it's just your uterus preparing to stretch!

Cramps on and off, sore boobs but in and off shooting pain, starting to feel exhausted and a constant nausea, headaches, vivid dreams, sleeping ok but waking up really early, a bit moody, acne and oily skin. 
Really hoping morning sickness kicks off soon as Last pregnancy (2 years ago) was a miscarriage and haven’t been able to fall pregnant since.

definitely a yes on the cramps. im reassured to know that baby is simply making room! uterus has to stretch a lot pretty soon, so the cramping is an important pert of that. feeling them wave on through in short light bursts is comforting. its like im feeling them grow!
other than cramps my tits are exploding and im only 4 weeks. they were already G cups so im NOT excited for them to get bigger. im getting small waves of nausea already, im almost certain itll be stronger in a couple weeks... haha....

I'm soooooo tired in the day I'm having to have a nap at some point, insomnia at night, sore lower back, sore breasts, and I'm so dehydrated my mouths constantly dry. I'm 5 weeks 3 days xx

I had cramps for about a week that came and went.. I don’t have them anymore.. now its more like feeling bloated and gassy and somewhat constipated

I have cramps on and off today a bit more than the last few days. But I am back to work after being sick. It feels like period cramps, no bleeding. I go to the doctor tomorrow . I will be 5 weeks 6 days!I have read cramps are normal.
