I got off the pill 6 months ago. Not trying to get pregnant, just wanted to get more natural. My horrible painful periods returned (on the pill I had no pain). Days 1 and 2 of my period are really bad... to the point where I avoid travel and being away from my home during those days. My doctor just prescribed me naproxen. Have any of you tried this? I usually only take ibuprohen and Tylenol ... I know I should expect a magic solution but what are your experiences?
