emotional wreck & don't know what to do!!

i got out of my 4 year relationship 6 months ago and i have been seeing this guy for about 3 months. 3 weeks ago we had unprotected sex, i go to my gyn apt today they said i have chlamydia. i called him after to tell him but his vibe was very off. I don't wanna think hes dicking around but i havent stopped crying! i work more than I have sex 😭 shits ridiculous.
