Miscarriage or Not???!!!?!

I need help! I have already when to the ER and they said I have to go back in 1-2 days to get blood work done I may be 5weeks 2days pregnant....so far the bleeding started at 5:24pm and i had some small blood cloths when I got to the hospital but as I was leaving I used the restroom and blood barely came out *almost nothing 🤞🏼..... I will have to stay in bed and drink lots of water and cut on junk food for the next 1-2 days... I have a bladder infection... and then there is this 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 I don’t know what it means exactly they tried to explain but I was to shocked still emotional and worried

this is exactly what happened to me at 5 weeks i had a subchorionic hematoma all the way up until 10 weeks i thought i was having a miscarriage but i wasn't i was put on bed rest for two weeks and pelvic￼￼ rest as well i would bleed on and off and they had me come in for a ultrasound every week and i was on progesterone shots as well i am now 23 weeks pregnant and my baby is healthy ￼... praying for a positive outcome ￼

It means you are too early for them to see the fetal pole

Basically you're still very early on so it can be normal to not see a baby at that point however at the same time with the bleeding it could be a miscarriage there's really nothing they can do to tell which one it is until you wait a few more days and see if anything has progressed or your levels have gone up or down. A lot of women bleed so it could be nothing but it could also be something rest really isn't going to change anything considering most miscarriages have to do with genes and not exasperation of your body.  body.

My coworker kept bleeding throughout her pregnancy and delivered a healthy baby. Don’t let people tell you that you are miscarrying. Have your doc run blood tests to see if hcg doubles every 2 days. At 6 weeks they should be able to see a heartbeat. 
Don’t let anyone stress you out. This won’t help.
