How to dry up milk??

Does anyone have any tips on how to dry up milk? I’ve stopped breastfeeding but I’m in a lot of pain if I don’t pump, my breasts are like rocks!

I suffered through it for a few days and it quit. Probably not recommended but I was so over that shit. Just pump once a day until your supply drops.

No more milk tea... you can buy it on amazon. It has peppermint and sage which help dry you up. Also Sudafed.

Peppermint tea, benadryl, Sudafed or pretty much any antihistamine, super tight sports bra or even wrap your chest tightly, and cold cabbage leaves for discomfort.

Gradually nurse/pump less and less. Or pump just to comfort.
