So my name is Karen. I have always loved my name because I was named after my grandmother, it was unique for my age (I was born in 1994) and it has a beautiful meaning (pure) But lately I have been feeling self conscious about introducing myself and saying my name to new people.

I don’t have to tell you where this is going.

So I have never once asked for the manager in my life. I don’t have an ugly blonde haircut and I’m an over all pretty nice person. But I have to be honest guys, I’m really tired of being tagged in Karen memes and I’m really sad when I see them.

I’m not going to live up to my name stereotype and complain to the meme manager, I can take a joke! But when it pops up several times a day it just feels sucky.

So if you met a Karen, would you automatically think of the meme? Do you know anyone named Karen and does that change your perception of it all?
