From what my doctor told me, no. Those are not recommended. I would ask your doctor. First trimester is very limited with medication.

I believe just Tylenol form what My OB told me I need help to sleep & I can only take Tylenol PM .

Though talk to your doc about  nasal sprays, I spoke with my doc and then to phamacist(who rly know their meds) and found a nasal spray that was safe and effective for congestion
