How do u carry a healthy relationship with a partner, when u suffer from chronic anxiety?
I feel as though my “coping skills” (shutting down, acting as if I don’t care,) are ruining my relationship on top of that sometimes I have a hard time keeping a conversation without feeling like a weirdo.
I really love my boyfriend and he’s loved me for me for a year now but I know our relationship would be so much stronger if I could get a grip
Anyone else deal with this if so what do u do to not let your mental health interfere with your relationships
