Period Flu
Has anyone heard of or experienced "period flu"? Oh my goodness!! I'm 1 day away from my period and for the past 3 days I've had headaches, tiredness, diarrhea (sorry tmi) and gurgle stomach. No fever, no vomiting and mild cramping. I googled this and its apparently a real thing. Anyone else experience this?
