Hey ladies

So I just came from the bathroom and when I was on the toilet there was blood, not spotting but like bright red like period, but a doctor confirmed my pregnancy, I just recently turned 6 weeks. No cramps or anything. But am I having a miscarriage? I had one before but I didn’t know I was pregnant than, I was cramping bad for a whole month than started bleeding heavy the next month. So I don’t know if I am having a miscarriage again but I’m really scared 😭 what could this mean?

UPDATE:

The bleeding stopped after an two hours, I don’t know what this means. I am not cramping, and it wasn’t heavy it was a light flow.
