best time to take birth control?
I’m trying to be better about taking my birth control, but choosing a time to set as my everyday time to take it is kind of hard. Taking it at night would be most convenient for me, but I’m not sure if that will hinder the effectiveness of the pill. Is any time of the day okay? As long as its taken at the same time every day?
