Low sperm count 😓

My husband and I just found out today that his sperm count is low 😞. We were to start letrezole in a couple of weeks and <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a>. Any advice on what our next steps should be? Should I proceed with the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> anyway?
