Only if your dr approved. Depends seems like it's a lot more than just water based on the length of ingredients but cant see what any of them are

I would check with your OB, but I had Hyperemesis Gravidarum with my daughter and had to get IVs every other day from January 2019-to the day I had her. I was severely dehydrAted, I drank this. But again, talk to your OB.

I think it'll be safe and healthy cause both you and the baby need to stay hydrated to help the body work more and better, right?😊
