Sometimes even bloodwork show negative, when there is a positive. Tell her to keep testing at home and to go back and get more bloodwork done.

Best to ask the actual hcg level.  They will often say under 25 is negative, but sensitive tests will pick up hcg levels of 10.  If period doesn’t come in the next few days, ask for another blood test as it should be positive by then if pregnant 🤞

Did they do a qualitative or quantitative hcg? Qualitative just sees if there is the hormone present and dr offices typically need more hcg. Quantitative measurements the actual number of hcg.
