Kinda long 😁

So 1/23 induction date

7:30 am arrived at hospital with SIL (husband didn’t want to come to much pressure to see me in pain and I’m okay with that 😁)

At 8 they started with picotin and I was open 3 fingers and till noon didn’t have any contractions

Noon they broke my water and I was open 4 fingers

So from noon till 5 pm I was starting to have really bad contractions I was on yoga ball went into tub but damn nothing helped that much 😅

At 5 pm I took epidural doctor came checked me and told me I was ready to push (perfect timing that I got epidural).I looked at my SIL and told her “time to push? Nah I’m not ready to push let’s go home”

And at 5:50 pm everything was ready. And we started. After two hours of pushing my sweet chunky baby boy arrived at 7:59 pm.

9lb 14 oz 21 inch(he was biggest baby on the floor 🤣. Born at 40+1

My doctor started to clean me and to take out the rest of placenta. And problem starts. She couldn’t take all placenta out one piece left inside. So I needed to go to vacuum that piece or my life would be in danger or if they don’t manage to take it out they will clean my stomach and I couldn’t have more kids 😔

I called my husband and SIL so baby isn’t alone and I left around 8:20 pm.

We got into surgery room and they started and what I thought it was eternity. At the end of procedure I could hear over radio “code blue room 304” .And room 304 was my room where I gave birth.😱😰At that moment I forgot I was on table just my son on my mind.I asked them is that my baby is everything okay with him

“Oh yeah he is fine he is with his dad, this is other women who is in similar position like you”

I was sad, I prayed for her and my baby. But in mean time I got so many infusions that they couldn’t find veins so they poked my right arm so many times that I needed to tell her to stop because it was painful already and she should continue later. They finish with procedure and I got temperature 103 but man I was shaking like a lot.And it was so cold they put 2-3 warm blankets to cover me but they couldn’t put any more they were trying to take my temperature down.So while doing that I fall asleep and I was humming in my sleep 🤣🤣

They transferred me in recovery my temperature starts to going down slowly, they removed epidural and I stayed in recovery till 12:15-12:30 am and finally they returned me to my room.

My husband and my niece were there taking care of him.Im so grateful that everything is fine my baby is good and they manage to take all placenta out of me.

But man I was so swollen because of

infusions

and medicine I got in surgery and after and so many needles in my arms so I couldn’t carry him till we went home. And I got third degree tear 😅 but man it was worth it and I left two days after giving birth and they couldn’t believe how fast I recover 😁😁
