Does anyone else get discoloured discharge when they haven't drank enough water?
So I read that discoloured cervical mucus can be due to lack of hydration. I hardly drabj any water today and notice my cm was a bit yellow tinged.
Anyone else find this?
Ive had every test done under the sun so no infection, most of my cycle its stringy clear\cloudy (ferticle ewcm).
