Ladies.. I'm sorry for the Too Much Information and these pictures! But... WHAT is this??? 👇
I just started my period and the pains are more worse than always. I cannot take these pains anymore because it hurts so bad that I get dizzy, bleed alot and I get extremely nauseous! 
Ps.. I cannot fall pregnant so this is not a miscarriage this is definitely something else and I'm WORRIED!!! 
Ladies please I need some help desperately 😭 I'm in china and I dont know what other pills to drink for pain and so on.

Why is it that every time I get my period my tummy goes? Sometimes its soft and other times not.
WHAT pills do you drink for it and what do you do for the pain?
I have these Patches I use which I use 1 by my back and 1 on my lower tummy.

Dear you might have fibroids or cysts in the womb, I did suffer as you for three years and couldn’t get rid of the pain until the dr prescribed for me Duphaston for 6 months.
I was bleeding severely on my CD2, with a full abdomen pain ( feels like your whole tummy is shaking like egg yolk every time you walk),constipation, vomiting, nausea, and most of all you can’t feel like your knees can hold you up.
I used to drive every time to clinic for IV vitamins and salts. And be monitored for 3 hours minimum before they release me. The clots are basically the thickened uterine lining that gets prepared for pregnancy, but with the severity of pain it gets detached from the wall and clear the way for the other lining to grow back.
Go see your Dr and would definitely help. Yet you can use Advil gel pills as it is strong enough to reduce the pain, warm compress will help too.

I've used tylenol (acetominophen) and advil (ibuprofen) together when I'm in a lot of pain. Or Pamprin with ibuprofen.

Those look like blood clots i usto get them big as well with alot of cramping pain ugh i usto hate it so much sometimes i felt like i was dying cuz of how big those they were

If you can, take midol for the pain, it works for me
