Miracle Cases! HCG declines then goes up

Has anyone here had a miracle baby. Where your HCG declined then went up in your early pregnancy and later went on to have a healthy baby.

I know it’s a long ask, and possible a level of hope. My HCG was 16 last week and 5 days later it’s 8. I know it’s not a good sign. I haven’t had cramping or bleeding and my period was due today. Just want to know if anyone has been blessed from a situation like this.
