My LO was born Sept 2019 and I was EBF. I was giving her a bottle of breast milk frequently when out or hubby would. Dec 2019 I got my period and my supply tanked. My LO was also sleeping through the night (8-9hrs). I t was a quick 2 day period. Doc was getting concerned with LO weight so i went to a lactation consultant and I started pumping and only breast feed no bottle anymore. I also went on a natural supplement and my supply came back up. In Jan I did not get my period. I took a test to be sure and it said negative. Is it possible to have irregular periods? January I went on the supps and breast feeding: pumping on schedule so not sure if that is why or what is going on.
