HELP 😩😩

I been having a slight uti for a couple of days now and I been taking antibiotics but Saturday I been experiencing a light pink discharge which normally doesn’t happen and it’s been going on ever since and my period is supposed to be coming in 3 days .. is this a early sign of pregnancy ? I’m also on the pill and my boyfriend shoots the club up
