How did you know you was pregnant if your period hasn’t returned since breastfeeding?

I tested only because my supply was dropping. And I usually oversupply.

Best bet is going to be morning sickness and taking a test.

Mine had always returned, but always had signs before testing (always tested very early because of this). All 3 pregnancies I got at least one negative before a positive because I was testing at the very earliest and didn’t have enough hormones to be positive yet. For me, nausea kicked in early with #1 and #2. I was still breastfeeding with #2 and #3, so nipple tenderness was a big clue with those. Never been wrong based on those.
