Awake time before 1st nap???

Hi ladies, after how many hours you usually put your babies for their first nap? 🤔
My LO constantly wakes up after 35 mins🙈

I hired a sleep coach and we are working on a 2/3/4 schedule
Wake at 7Am
2 hour wake window
Nap at 9am (usually takes this for 1h20min)
3 hour wake window
Next nAp she sleeps 1-2h
4 hour wake window until bedtime
She DOES NOT sleep through the night still, but less tears and I quickly just run in to feed her 2-3 times a night for 5 min😊

She was up at 7 and just gone for a nap at 9.30 she’ll probably have about an hour x

We follow 2.5/3.25/3.5, and both of our naps are 1.5 hours, with 12 hours overnight

When he grabs his blanket, lays down, and pulls it over his head. He is a very subtle baby when tired...
He is pretty good about his sleep cycles so we just let him give us the cues he needs it. Less drama and a happier baby to sleep.

Westley is awake 2.5 hours and then we start a nap routine at 9:30 - book, bottle, diaper change, and then gets put in his crib. He’s always asleep by 10. If he falls asleep before 10 it’s usually a 20-30 minute nap, but if he goes down at 10, he sleeps for like 1.5-2 hours.
