Engorged breast still after feeding!?

What’s the solution? Why doesn’t it go down any?

I noticed you had your baby very recently. It’s totally normal for your breasts to be very engorged during the first 2-3 weeks. After that time, sometimes sooner, your body adjusts to your baby’s demands and only makes the amount of milk it needs to. 
You can collect the milk in a haakaa too, of course.
