I know it sounds crazy but I got super excited about my negative pregnancy test this morning!

I got pregnant last year in November... best way to end the year so I thought... at my 1st ultrasound appointment Jan 9th we found out the baby had no heartbeat. Worst day ever! We got the pills prescribed to us and we sadly started the process to expel baby... during my follow up the next week... they just did my labs and sent me on my way... (crazy they didn’t check to see if I passed the baby or not) anyways... a week later I’m rushed to the ER confirming that I was still pregnant and that an emergency operation was the only option bc I was in so much pain... my D&C happened Jan 26th. Since then I’ve been on leave from work. I’ve been testing here and there to see what’s been going on since my post op appointment ain’t until February 12th... anyways... there was a very faint line about two days ago but this morning NOTHING🎉
