Does anyone just get that feeling that it’s going to be their month and they will see that BFP when it comes to test day?!

Can’t help shake the feeling I’ve conceived already, maybe I’m just hoping a lil too much! I had a fertility tarot reading done from a lady in a TTC Facebook page and I’m seeing all the signs I got told I would see when I conceived and she said February 2020 aswell. I can’t shake this feeling. It’s as if I just KNOW. Just wondered if anyone has ever had this feeling before and gotten their BFP?
