High Fasting Glucose
I don’t know what to do about my morning fasting glucose. It is over 120 every morning, and it doesn’t matter if I eat a snack or what I eat for snack before bed.
It’s been proposed that I have either the Symogi effect or the dawn phenomenon going on. I suppose waking up every 2 hours to test would tell me, but then lack of sleep messes with your blood glucose.
I’m getting really frustrated. This morning, my 9 hour fasting glucose was 141, and then I went back to sleep because I wasn’t feeling well. Three and a half hours later it was 121.
