I had one gender dream when I was about 6 weeks pregnant, a little baby girl lying on my bed staring up at me so placid and so content and I found out this week I am having a girl!! So I say yes, it's completely possible you are!! All the best xx

I say idk but in my situation I saw my baby boy in a dream before I had him. Looked just like him around 3 months ha hair color and facial structure was spot on to the baby I saw
