Infections down there

Okay so I’m 17 and I’m positive I have a UTI. But my mom is super strict and we have the worst relationship.... not open at all. I know I have to go to the gynecologist but I’ve never been there before and I’m not at all comfortable taking to my mom about it, I’m pretty sure she would just get mad at me. Please help me it genuinely hurts and burns
