Does this look like a tooth coming through ? Daughter is 21 weeks

My little girl has something like that in the exact same spot! I’m also wondering if it’s a tooth poking out, or if it’s one of those Epstein’s pearls things. Although she’s been grumpy lol so I’m leaning towards tooth. Does your LO have red cheeks too?
